Didnt say that pool and game room was not available to use online when booking still spent almost 450 on a room for one night - should have been a better discount if half the accommodations dont work

I booked online and somehow ended up with the handicap/accessible room, next to the lobby. Though I was not there to party, it was new year's eve and there was activity until about 2am. The bath did not have a stopper so I went to several rooms with a staff member to find one. The one we finally found was completely moldy on the underside. The staff member brought it back to the desk to spray it but it did not clean off, even after soaking it in hot water. Needless to say, I did not use it but would have liked a bath to relax. I had hoped to use the hot tub but there was a sign that the pool and activity room were not available from Dec 4 to Jan 17th, I think. Part of the cost of the room is the amenities. I think the rooms should have been discounted since these amenities were unavailable.

People partying kept us up all night til 4:35 am … l called at 2:44 am and 3:21 am … the pool hit tub and gym and pool tables were all closed for renovations … and we weren’t informed… and they moved us to the third floor 10 minutes after we got here the the floor was all wet on main floor and didn’t tell us that there was a New Year’s party going on all night… tv remote didn’t work and fridge wasn’t working and when it did kick in was so liud

We booked this room for new years eve with our children - the pool was closed for a month and nobody notified us … the hotel told me they asked expedia to update the information on their site and expedia would not …. They hold $250 per room for damage deposit which in my opinion is not reasonable… the hotel is dirty—-holes in the wall in our room —- dirty bathtub…. Just gross !!!!! Our New years eve was ruined !!!! No pool , and that was why we were going - so the children could swim!!! And when we arrived they said no refunds because they had a sign on their front door 😂… and we couldn’t leave or we would be charged because less then 24 notice !!!!! I will never stay at this hotel again !!!! GARBAGE!!!!!!!

Walls of room were old and stained. Pillows were very hard. Only 1 washcloth for 2 people. We are repeat customers and will be back.

Basement rooms felt dirty and the hallway smelled Smokey. Mold in bathrooms, dirt in every corner and carpets that are very dirty. Breakfast ok. Beds felt clean.
