This peaceful home is the perfect place to rejuvenate after a busy day exploring Syracuse. It is close to all the city has to offer but nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood for a peaceful retreat.

This home consists of a spacious living room complete with a 55" SmartTV and a Pong arcade game, a separate dining space and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a separate desk and workspace and the third bedroom as a twin bed with an additional twin trundle bed. There is also a sunroom and sitting area in the back of the home to enjoy sun and fresh air as well as a full set washer and dryer in the basement.

Perfect home for what we needed - house was in a great, quiet neighborhood, and just minutes away from campus. Communication with Vicki was great and we didn’t have any issues with checkin or during our stay. The house had everything we needed.

Great spot in Syracuse

Having a whole house was great. Plenty of space- allowed my entire mail to spend weekend together. Son and DIL live within walking distance and we were able to host them. Had everything we needed to stay home and cook. Lots of kitchen pans, dishes etc. everything we needed. Thank you! Will definitely be back

Great home that worked perfectly for us. Super cute and everything we could have asked for! I’ve never rented a place that left so many wonderful things for us. Snacks, spices, wine, coffee! Extra TP and trash bags. Thank you so much! We are a family traveling with adult kids and renting a home works for us. Thanks for making this an easy pleasurable stay. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located. The house was very clean and as advertised. The host was exceptionally easy to get ahold of when we had a small issue and fixed the problem quickly. Plenty of space for a family of 7 to stay. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

My family of 5 stayed here for Syracuse graduation and everything was perfect! House was spotless, kitchen was equipped, plenty of towels and comfy beds. Neighborhood was very quiet, too. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Very cute house in a safe neighborhood. Very very clean and well maintained. Close to everything Syracuse. Went to game in the Dome and had pastries at a near by bakery. Fantastic restaurants only 10 minutes away. Best of all, Vicki, our hostess was just wonderful. Made check in and checkout a breeze. Responded immediately to our questions. Going to visit Syracuse? You will love Otto’s place.

Wonderful stay!

We can’t say enough good things about this stay. The house is tastefully decorated and spotless clean. The host added some very thoughtful touches such as drinks in the fridge, a basket of misc things that you may have forgotten etc. The beds were very comfortable and communication was great. Fantastic home conveniently located

Vicki was fabulous and responsive for Otto’s Place. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Syracuse. Convenient to downtown and suburbs. Wonderful house nicely furnished and updated with modern amenities. Kitchen was very well furnished. Appreciate all the little items available for use (ie. toothbrush, shampoo, wine, bathroom supplies, etc).

Everything was wonderful, from the check in to the check out. Our hostess even checked in mid stay to make sure things were going well. The house was clean and had all the supplies that we needed for cooking and laundry. Great location. Quiet street. Lovely neighbors. Would absolutely stay here again!
