Points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
Pros: very close to Crouse hospital and clinic where I was training. Host is very nice and available through texting/calls for all problems and questions. Host provided TV and laundry room for use during weekdays, which was in addition to the VRBO listing. Host also cleaned used bed sheet sets for me, and provided occasional snacks for me which was nice.Cons: Air vent in bathroom was filthy and full of debris when I got there, which I think was attracting fleas… Toward end of my stay I spotted a mouse one time when I left bagged bread in the cupboard. Minor problem with a wasp getting in the unit everyday or every other day. A/C portable unit worked reasonably well for most of my month long stay, but there was a 95 degree week in July where it really didn’t circulate enough through the unit and it was very uncomfortable - host provided a box fan at that time which didn’t help much (unit is on the top floor of an old triplex). Host issued a small partial refund in response to these problems, and stated he would put out more mouse traps/address other issues going forward.
