Villa Lucia is located in the town of Fontane Bianche in Syracuse, close to an enchanting coast that is easy to reach, with the sea 5 minutes away on foot.
Main villa with 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (change of sheets every week), plus a single bed and a bed for children (70cmx140cm), 2 bathrooms (change of towels every week), a living room with dining area and sitting area with air conditioning. Kitchen with fridge and microwave. Wifi. Barbecue with outdoor table, three televisions, an outdoor veranda with lounge and one facing the garden. The part for rent is only that of the ground floor.

Very nice stay

This is a perfect place for a family gateway. The house also has a great location for visiting Syracuse, Noto, Modica or Ragusa. If you prefer to have a relaxing time with BBQ, beach, or swimming pull it is perfect as well. Great stay. Highly recommended

Amazing holiday at Villa Lucia!

We had the most amazing week holiday at Villa Lucia, we didnt want to come home. Everything was exactly as expected, in fact even better than expected! The pool and garden are incredible and so relaxing. We loved using the bbq and the facilities indoors are excellent, the air con was very good! Paulo and Giovanni were lovely hosts and gave us great tips and some lovely fruit :) Lovely area to visit and we will certainly come back again!

Beautiful Villa and Pool

The villa is situated on a quiet road within walking distance of the lovely Fontain Bianche beach. The infinity pool is the highlight of the property and is edged with banana trees…..just beware of mosquitos. It is clean and well equipped for a perfect and peaceful holiday. Paolo is very friendly and is at the end of the phone for anything you might need.

Best of the best!

It is just as in pictures - delightful! Great pool in lovely garden. Easy walk to super beach with fine sand and clear aqua colored water. Shallow and great for kids and adults, bakery and market walkable. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with equipment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. AC and internet worked well.

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo’s Villa in sunny Fontane Bianche. The Villa came equipped with everything to make our stay easy - the Pool and gardens were lovely and our daughter enjoyed feeding the fish! Rooms of the Villa much bigger than the photos suggest and with airy high ceilings and kept cool in the height of summer thanks to the air conditioning. Parking was really easy just outside the property in a quiet area with no through traffic. Location meant we could walk to the beach in under 10mins but also hop in the car to explore the South and East of the island easily. Would highly recommend - 10/10

Great Villa - beautiful pool

We stayed here for one week and the house is perfectly situated to explore the south east Sicily. A short car ride to Ortigia and Noto and the other beautiful places to explore. Fontaine Bianche has a bakery, mini market and a local restaurant. There are beach clubs where you can hire a sun lounger or just go for coffee. The villa was a great place to relax after a day site seeing. Paulo was incredibly helpful and very obliging if we needed anything. It’s a perfect place for two couples or a family of 4. A wonderful stay

This property was perfect for our family of 4. With 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, our host Paolo was able to provide an additional bed so that our son and daughter slept very comfortably in a shared room. There was also a sofa bed which we didn't need. The outdoor area is lovely and the beautiful new pool is close at hand so that it was possible for the adults to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen whilst keeping an eye on swimming children. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the railway station, local shops, restaurants and the beach. There are many beautiful towns to visit nearby. Paolo was our host and was happy to help with any issues or local knowledge throughout our stay. We had the house to ourselves but he was near at hand if we needed him. Would recommend!

Truly wonderful villa

We spent a lovely week at Villa Lucia in August 2019. A peaceful little haven away from the hustle and bustle of Fontane Bianchi. Beautifully kept gardens and lawns with great outdoor spaces for relaxing and enjoying food from the barbecue. A very homely Sicilian interior with all we needed during our stay. And all just a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful Fontane Bianchi beach. You also have the pleasure of meeting the lovely owner, Giovanni, who greeted us with cold drinks and a fridge full of homegrown tomatoes, ricotta, ham and wine, etc.... Later in the week he even cooked us the most delicious ragu bolognese and then brought the biggest tiramasu you could imagine. We may have put on a few pounds while staying at Villa Lucia but it was worth every one. Thank you Giovanni for making a fantastic holiday even more special. We shall always remember you with great fondness. ....oh, and thank you again for the dendriti.

We stayed there for 4 weeks in spring. We booked it, because we liked the pictures form the interior and because the owner (Giovanni) lives upstairs. The inside was very clean, had a personal touch, as we just changed our house (we have seen pictures from other houses, which were very sterile - you don't want to stay a month inside a sterile athosphere). Having Giovanni upstairs was very good. He and his son Paolo - who will take over from this year on - cared very much about us und our well being. In my opinion this is the best you can have as a guest We enjoyed our stay really very much there. Also not being straight on the ebach was good. The waves at strong wind and the music on the beach bar every weekend can be quite noisy over the whole day :-)) For us it was the perfect place - a bit remote, but within 5 minutes you are at the beach to have all fun you can imagine. We were also the first to enjoy the new swimming pool. They have just built and now it is even more fun and joy.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Paolo. Le logement est bien situé dans un endroit calme à quelques minutes de la plage. La maison typiquement sicilienne est très mignonne, il ne manque rien. On s'y sent très vite chez soi. Le jardin est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu avec sa splendide piscine. On y trouve également des espaces ombragés non négligeables lors des fortes chaleurs. Et enfin, Paolo est une personne accueillante, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs. Son papa Giovanni vit à l'étage mais sait se faire discret et est aussi très sympathique. Vous le remarquerez à peine. Merci pour tout!😄

Une très belle semaine

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison à 5 minutes à pieds d’une belle plage et non loin de Syracuse, Noto etc. La maison dispose d’un patio ombragé et est parfaitement conforme à la description ainsi qu’aux photos visibles sur le site. Un grand merci à Giovanni, notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et son accueil très chaleureux ainsi que pour les raviolis préparés pour nous à la ricotta.

Logement parfait

Emplacement idéal, logement très propre et fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin, (plus jardin et terrasse). Parking gratuit juste devant la maison. Plage à 5 min. Et quelle gentillesse et générosité de la part du propriétaire Giovanni, qui nous a accueilli comme des membres de sa famille ! Aux petits soins pour ses hôtes !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la maison de Giovanni, qui est un hôte très sympathique et bienveillant. La maison dispose d'un jardin agréable ou il fait bon se relaxer. Giovanni nous a fait déguster ses spécialités qui étaient succulentes. La plage se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la maison et la partie publique est très jolie. Nous avons séjourné en août 2017 dans la maison de Giovanni avec nos 3 enfants (3-5-7 ans). Tout était parfait, un lit enfant a été installé dans la deuxième chambre. Le jardin est magnifique et reposant. L'endroit est calme et à 5 min d'une plage correcte. La maison était très propre. Giovanni nous a accueilli avec un plat de pâtes. Il a même voulu partagé et faire cuisiner nos filles un soir de la semaine. Elles étaient ravies de faire des raviolis et des boulettes de viandes avec lui. Bereits die Kommunikation im Voraus war freundlich und problemlos. Paolo ist ein äußerst angenehmer, netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer total ruhigen Umgebung ohne Straßenlärm, umgeben von Hecken, so dass die Privatsphäre immer gewahrt ist. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Vielen Dank Paolo!
