Located in a quiet residential area just a short distance from the sea, the villa boasts a furnished patio with an outdoor dining table and sofas, ideal for enjoying pleasant moments al fresco. The living area is designed as an open-plan space, complete with a dining table, comfortable sofa, TV, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, window, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. The layout is completed by a modern main bathroom, equipped with a shower and hairdryer.

Guests will have access to covered parking within the property.



The villa also offers a washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, heating with a heat pump, and free Wi-Fi for a convenient stay.
