Needed to extend my stay without any warning and the wonderful staff did all they could to accommodate me. Always a great experience at this hotel.and the staff is amazing and friendly.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The location is great too as it is in the main downtown area close to shopping and great restaurants.

Dirty bathroom, creepy, thin mattress, no thick blanket, no wifi, and bad customer service. I was part of the big group family that left same day we checked in. I do not recommend staying in this location. I think people who review this exceptional are paid, i am verified and it was 8 bedrooms booking, our entire family feels the same way about this place. Yuck, we had to leave as fast as we can.

This review is part of the 8 bedrooms booking with family. No wifi the entire day of our check in, false promises to us about wifi and refund. Employees are not professional to handle situations like this, they keep calling their boss/manager every 5mins to delay what we were asking from them. I do not recommend staying here. They should be remove from this platform because this place is embarrassing to tacloban.

No wifi, thin mattress, look and feel creepy and not safe. They didn’t refund 8 bedrooms of my family even though their wifi was not working. When we checked in, they said wifi will work at 8pm, at 11pm there was still no wifi. They promised my auntie a refund, but when all of us decided to leave, they wont honor refund anymore. Had to ask for documentation and check out paper and even that took them an hour to give us with a lot of fighting back and forth. I do not recommend if you are family, need wifi, have kids, foreigners with you, and wants good bed to sleep on.

Do not book here!!!

Sink falling apart, mattress is 2-3 inches thin, there was only thin blanket and the whole time there is no wifi. Me and my family, total of 8 bedrooms were promised a refund, and we decided to leave they didn’t want to honor anymore. We left the same day we checked in. Do NOT book at this place! Our relatives who are local also said there are a lot of theft because the bad people climb from the rooftop and climb down in the AC area. There are AC areas in between the rooms.

This branch of RedDoorz is so disappointing compared to others I’ve stayed before. The building is old and not clean. My first night was horrible as the bedsheets made me itchy and there’s a lot of cockroaches inside my room. They need to upgrade big time!!! The only thing that made me happy is that I am close to everything. Its easy to look for food whenever I’m hungry.
