*Whenever guests want more things, there is nearby mall where they can buy the things that they want at their own cost
*Ayala District Mall has grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, and hardware store.
*There are also Restaurants, Eatery where guests can buy Lutong Bahay food and also many nearby coffee shops.
*There is 50" Smart TV that is connected to the wifi guests can watch Youtube and Netflix
*There is an antenna for local channel but signal is not that good. Guests must take good care of the TV and the remote control.
*There is no washing machine but there is nearby laundromat in Ayala district Mall. This is more convenient to the guest and to the owner
*There is a village shuttle van that roam around the village, the guests can ride from the village to Ayala District Mall.
* Guests may also use Grab car, Taxi or their own vehicle.
*Guests should properly use things and avoid loss and damage of the house furnitures, fixtures and other things
*For damaged or lost things the guest should pay or replace same things.
*There are extra bedsheets and towels provided, may use it but guests will do their bedsheets laundry if they want to change bedsheets everyday.
*Guests must maintain cleanliness and order inside and outside the house
