Beautiful Lake Martin 5 br—Great Central Location

The perfect lake house to escape to with space for everyone. Double wrap around porches provide the best views of the lake, plenty of outdoor space to relax and incredible summer sunsets and an outdoor fireplace for fall and winter. This home has it all!! 2 family rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 2 half baths, full basement with kitchenette. Brand new dock, boathouse, patio with steps into the lake--great for swimming.

The main floor features a family room with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with a table that can seat your entire crowd and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed with Tempurpedic mattress and roomy master bath with jet tub and shower. In addition, a powder bath and laundry room are on the main floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with two queen beds and an en suite bathroom. In the loft area outside this bedroom is a daybed with trundle. The basement is the perfect retreat for the kids or another family with three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and basement den.

Best family gathering for AU graduation

It was a beautiful home and location. The cove was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and pillows
we had one family member that couldn’t stop talking about how great! The space was perfect and the host was so gracious, communicated and easy to reach. We can’t find anything to complain about.

A wonderful time

We had a splendid time. Lake Martin is my happy place. The house as great. Communication was very easy. Be aware that there are MANY stairs. Getting to the pier was difficult for me because there are no hand rails. Luckily I had enough people to help me down to the pier I’m 69 years old. Young relatives had no issues.

The property needs some repairs and attention

The property, needs some attention to the cleaning. It seems like the cleaning people do a quick clean between client. The outside decks were not comfortable because of lack of cushions for the furniture.

Beautiful home!

This house was inviting and very comfortable for our large extended family. The furnishings in the house are high quality and beautiful! There are plenty of spaces for couples, kids & families to spread out and have privacy or down time when needed. The dock is perfect for swimming and floating around with steps right down to the water. The multiple porches are great gathering spots with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze!

Coastie reunion

Every year we pick a lakehouse for our summer reunion trip. This property fit the bill, luxurious finishings, vaulted great room, dining room table for 20, community kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a stunning covered boat deck in a sheltered cove. Relaxing stay, close to Anchor Marina.

Excellent Family Getaway

We rented this lovely home to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday. Everyone was thrilled with the condition of the home, the amenities (water access, dock for ease in boat rental, and ample space to spread out), and the beauty of the location. Valerie was super communicative and helpful. We had such a lovely time; we can't wait to return!

HAVING FUN ON LAKE MARTIN

The property was the best possible choice for 13 guests on Lake Martin with close access to Anchor Bay Marina where we rented a 25' pontoon boat. The house featured several gathering areas to choose from, all with a great views of the lake. The dock was new and more than adequate for all of us. The long dining table accommodated all of us at one time. Parking was a bit of a challenge down a very steep drive, and there were some maintenance item that need addressing. (missing ceiling fan blades, fans/lights not working) The lake proximity was ideal for skiing and tubing near the house. All in all we had a fantastic time.

Incredible views with ultimate relaxation

The only tricky part of the trip was finding the driveway (gps isn't accurate) but after walking onto the porch and look out on the lake you will forget about it. We spent most of our time down by the dock soaking up rays and cooling off in the lake. Our only question at the end was when the best time to go back was. Thanks for a great weekend!

Easter tradition

Three years ago we started the tradition of spending Easter at the lake with a group of family and friends. This house had room for everyone! The above garage apartment was a game changer! We enjoyed a rented boat and some paddle boards and the lake was peaceful!

Fantastic location, beautiful & spacious house on the lake!

We traveled with family for a long weekend and birthday celebration, the house is on a beautiful quiet little slough & feels super private even though there are other houses in the same cove. Just about everything you need is in the house and there was plenty of room for our large group. The owner was incredibly helpful and super prompt with communication! Excellent rental & can’t wait to go back!
