The property has two screened porches as well as 3 additional porches. Beautiful landscaping adorn the property with numerous outside seating areas. The primary master bedroom has a sitting area with lake views with ensuite bathroom. On the dock you find lounge chairs and endless views of Lake Martin. The entire house as well as the dock has Sonos speakers installed. This property is centrally located on Lake Martin and is 35-40 min from Auburn.

I've owned a home on Lake Martin for 30 years. I recently sold it and plan to build a new home there. In the interim, I've been renting frequently at Lake Martin and this is the nicest, most well appointed home I've rented on the lake. The central location is convenient to pretty much everything by water and by car. The views from the fantastic screen porch are spectacular. Kenneth was a fantastic host and I highly recommend this home to anyone. I will definitely rent again!
