The space
About the Area:
Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, close to ALL major attractions. The home sits on Camelback Mountain Resort which is the premier ski and waterpark resort in the Poconos that offers an outdoor + indoor waterpark, zip-lining, skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Walk a few minutes and you can ski straight down the slopes to the ski lifts!

The Village at Camelback nestled between Camelback Mountain Resort and Big Pocono State Park is a privately owned, four-season community, located on Camelback Road, Tannersville, PA. One of the best things about the Village is the close proximity to Camelback Ski Area and Camelbeach Water Park. The Village at Camelback also offers a sports complex facility including an indoor pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, a weight room as well as outdoor tennis courts.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The condo was great, and the access to the slopes was amazing!The check-in process was extremely confusing. Make sure you read the details before you go!There was a fireplace that we could use, which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped.More information would’ve been helpful as to the hours of the available, swimming pool, where the trash was located and also the Wi-Fi password.Parking is also somewhat confusing.Overall, however, now that I know what to do I would definitely go back. Good value for the money.

This was the perfect house for our family. Floridians that love to ski. The security was also so helpful. We had a delivery of grocery and the guard assisted our driver up the mountain in the snowy conditions. Thank you!

Stay 2/10 to 2/13/26. Easy check in with host instructions and HOA. Host Avantstay was quick to respond when contacted. Liked kitchen for cooking. Great water pressure in showers. Liked fireplace. Bring your own firewood. Community HOA staff very helpful and quickly shoveled snow off outdoor stairs and deck to access the house and plowed parking lot for room to park. Ski in and out was great. Beds comfortable. Issue with bed linens but quick response from host.

I can’t enough about this home. It was exactly what we needed for our large family. It was a perfect ski in/ski out location! Sits on both a blue and green slope for all our different level skiers. Plenty of room in the combined living room and kitchen area. More beds than we needed so that was great! We definitely will booked this place again
