The villa-chateaux lies in the countryside of Taormina in a gorgeous old family estate producing lemons, oranges and olive oil, 2 kms from the beach and 7 from Taormina. Restaurants, shops and facilities are distant a few minutes driving from the property. The shopping center in the main street of Taormina is distant 10/15 minutes driving from the property where you can find the top world brand shops like: Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermès (opening soon), Gucci, Dolce e Gabbana, Armani, Tods, Lacoste, Falconeri, Moschino, Rolex. The area is the same one where the White Lotus series was filmed.
The Chateaux is close to the beach, Taormina and shops and in the mean time far from all.
The garden is large, well kept, mature and surrounded by an immense countryside. From the garden you can also admire a breathtaking view of the Etna volcano (distant enough to be admired without any danger). There is a large gazebo in the garden to have meals or to stay alfresco overlooking the volcano and a stunning barbecue area in the lemon grove. In the summer evenings you can dine in the garden under the big gazebo (fit for 20/30 pax) and sometimes you may be lucky enough to admire the eruptions. A unique natural show in the world!
In the garden there are two swimming pools. One bigger and deeper in the lemon grove with a diving board and an amazing solarium in the lemongrove and the other one smaller ideal for children (3,90 feet deep).
Peace and serenity are guaranteed. Both the main house and the dependence have direct access to the garden.
The house has been restored conjugating the charme and the modern utilities such as air conditioning, heating, fridges in all bedrooms, ice maker and wifi.
