Staff at hotel were fantastic. We arrived ate and they sorted out all the parking and got us all set up for the week. Big thank you to all of you for making it a wonderful stay, you made it a special week for all the right reasons. Property was good, everything worked and Lu Souli Bar and Restaurant excellent food too.

A great hotel that was very well positioned for all the local attractions. The staff were really committed to good customer service - a special shout out to Monica, who was so friendly and attentive whilst serving breakfast. I would've thanked her in person but she finally had a day off and it was our last day(!) If the pool had been heated then the stay would've been perfect 👌 (but this was April)

The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They assisted with plans, dining reservations and provided parking service. Throughout our stay they called to check up on us and ask if everything was to our satisfaction. I felt sick during our stay and they even called to ask how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. Overall excellent experience at this hotel.

Center of Taormina.

Hotel is greatly located in the center of town, 100% walkable, with great friendly staff. Great pool area and rooftop bar. Rooms are very comfortable. We had city and sea views - amazing and highly recommended for a romantic Taormina stay.

Simply the best In Taormina!

Looking forward to going back to this ‘gem’ of a hotel. It was a wonderful place to spend a week in Taormina. The staff, Sarah, Clarissa, Alberto, Carlo and Angelo did their very best to make us feel most welcome. The rooftop dining and bar are very comfortable and breakfast was delicious and staff gracious. By the way, the location of this hotel is great too!

First they advertised parking. Second we requested an early check in as VIP members which they did not honor. You really need to use the expensive valet if you want 24 hour access to your vehicle. Room was nice but the pictures make you believe you are close to the beach. You are not. You need to find the cable car or make a significant drive. We chose this hotel to go to the beach and never made it. We did splurge on the room and had a leaky hot tub on the roof which you couldnt heat. Its really a soaking tub you need to fill to keep water hot. We had the Presidential suite and there were no perks. We had to ask for them. When we did they were iimmediately delivered and they were wonderful. We appreciate it very much. Staff was immediately responsive to our concerns. I would give this hotel a 4.5 but not 5
