The apartment La Casa di Grazia is developed on the ground floor, with independent access facing the street. The entrance is in a corridor from which you enter the various rooms of the house, all brand new and well furnished.
The living area consists of living room with dining room, eat-in kitchen, technical compartment with washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms. From one of the rooms you can exit to the inner courtyard with fruit tree.

La Casa di Grazia is a vacation home located in Talsano, a small town on the outskirts of Taranto and only 2.5 km from the beaches of the Ionian coast.
The nearest beach is Tramontone Bay. The center of Taranto is about 10 minutes away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
