The property is located right in the heart of Tarvisio, a picturesque mountain town nestled in the Julian Alps, just a stone’s throw from the borders with Austria and Slovenia. The location is well-connected and perfect for exploring the many activities and excursions the area has to offer!

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso pot, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, washing machine, and hair dryer. An iron and ironing board, along with a clothesline, are available in a designated common area located on the top floor of the building, which serves as a drying room.

To easily reach the apartment and make the most of the area’s main attractions, we recommend traveling by car, which can be easily rented directly at the airport or in the main neighboring cities.



The property offers an uncovered shared parking lot, with one parking space per apartment; spaces are not assigned but are always guaranteed.

- Udine Train Station: just over 1 hour by car (98 km);

- If you prefer to travel by public transportation, you can get to the Tarvisio Boscoverde train station, which is about a 4-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk from the apartment.
