Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Nope!

The location is great; close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and very nice playgrounds for the kids. Expect traffic noise - after all, it's Tel-Aviv. The service/staff: Not OK at all! "We will check" was a standard answer - also to bad plumbing leaving the floors soaked in dirty water in both bathrooms. Cleaning: Expect an added cleaning fee. Although there is no cleaning during your stay. Apparently the fee covers cleaning before and after your stay (????). Conclusion: Not booking this again.
