We spent few days in February. The weather was amazing the hotel is faboulus. Only down point is that should have a bit more vegetarian option in restaurant.

Great hotel for families

Family friendly and heated pools. Plenty of sun beds for everyone and a warm friendly staff. There is plenty to do for the kids and housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend. The only thing I would say is to have hand sanitizer around the restaurants as all inclusive buffet we need to encourage people cleaning their hands more before eating.

They have some issues

It’s ok needs a bit of work to bring to standards, but some facilities are not available if you book via Expedia better book direct

Great facilities and lovely pool but we were really disappointed by the customer service. We won’t go back!

We booked accomodation with ocean view but did get garden view (no ocean to see)

However, it is possible that the view may be interrupted by a palm tree... However, it is still a sea view.Because of this, you could have discussed your complaint with reception or public relations and together we could have found a solution to your problem and offered you a better stay.We hope that you will still wish to visit us again, as we will be waiting for you with open arms.Best regards,

The staff was always very friendly and polite. Hotel looks beautiful. Kids had lot's of entertainment but I wish kids klub lasted few more hours. The only minus - when checking out early there's no chance of getting any food (even though you're still entitled to get a meal)
