Ein tolles Haus! Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Auch unser großer Hund war überhaupt kein Problem, da die Besitzer selber einen süßen Rotti haben. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und alles war sehr sauber. Nach einer Woche gab es einen kostenlosen Wäschewechsel. Vom nahegelegenen B&B haben wir kaum etwas mitbekommen und so gehörte der Pool fast immer uns (Nachsaison). Laut Beschreibung sollte es eine 2. Dusche im EG geben. Diese ist jedoch nicht da,auch kein Wasserkocher oder

EIn Ferienhaus so schön wie auf den Bildern!

Das ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage: Mitten im grünen mit den Erosionsfiguren der "Balzes" in Spazierentfernung. Das Haus ist sehr schön und neu ausgestattet, die Bilder täuschen nicht! Während unseres Aufenthalts blieb das Haus kühl auch wenn es draußen sehr warm war. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt um die östliche Toskana und das westliche Umbrien zu erkunden: Florenz, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, ... mit Auto oder Zug
