Excellent

Everything was perfect from staff to the facilities. Great food great gym plenty of parking. Will definitely be back

Not worth of the price

Wardrobe doors doesn’t close properly, so light thru glass doors was shining all night. After visitor slipper were left in room. Gym was not working from 6:30 as it should be. There were no personal stuff in wellness, was explained that they are late, watter heat in shower in wellness in change room does not regulate, it is so hot. When cheking out as a standart i was asked “how was my stay?” After i said not good, they haven’ ask what was not good. Just after after silence minute commented that stay was already paid. Positive - personal stuff in breakfast erea were very nice.

Regarding the wardrobe doors, I am truly sorry that this has happened, I can imagine this is disturbing as you would like to sleep well. Unfortunately, our Personal Trainer was 15 minutes later that specific day due to big traffic jam. We can imagine that this is not a nice start of the day. 2nd extended stay here (both times 12 days ). Physical property very nice, great rooms, comfortable bed, great AC, decently run. My reason for only giving it average service is that the personal attention to customers does not equal the high-end that it exudes. Not that I'm looking to be pampered, but when a customer comes to the bar, he/she is the focus point, NOT talking to your co-workers or making pitchers of drinks for later. This is a management problem, as the well groomed and high-end staff, doesn't know how to interact with customers. Frequency is way too low, and attention to customers progress in drink, meal, bill, etc is inattentive. The food: last year the chef was super creative and presented interesting and extremely well prepared fresh ingredients. This year remnants of the same menu still existed, but cooking was 3 notches down, and food seems like it is being used from leftover breakfast buffet ingredients. All this shouldn't take you away from this solid hotel, for the rooms are excellent, and when shopped appropriately the price can be good. My comments are as much for staff as customers: manage better, respect your customers needs and attention, and be the role you exude, a "service-first" establishment.
