Got a Jacuzzi room so that we could enjoy a Jacuzzi, but upon arrival we were told that the Jacuzzi doesn’t work and was offered passes to the spa, which is completely not what we wanted and not to mention that the time that we arrived not only left us with one hour to use a small, even if we wanted to

Stayed during snowmageddon 2025 on December 28th-30th and even with the extreme weather conditions the staff were more than happy to help in any way possible. The manager even opened up the road in and out which allowed me to get to my doctors appointment. 10/10 will be returning.

The room had no heat and we had to sit by the fireplace with our winter coats and tuques for 3 hours until they gave us another room. From a suite to 2 double beds. The receptionist was overwhelmed with calls and no one to help her.
