LAMENTÁVEL!!!!

Lamento que o HOTEL.COM não considerou o meu relato e depoimento dos problemas que encontrei no quarto da Pousada da Serra que relatei por telefone na central de atendimento. Mas faço por escrito a saber: 1º) Não foi feito chek-in - em nenhum momento preenchi  ou assinei nenhuma ficha de entrada na referida pousada. 2º) Fui comunicado pelo funcionário da pousada o "Sr Nélinho" de que teria naquela noite uma festa familiar para umas 50 pessoas  e que se eu me sentisse incomodado teria a opção de "dormir" numa pousada a 500m e voltar no dia seguinte. Realizar festa para 50 pessoas em plena pandemia de Covd-19 é um absurdo!!!! 3º)Quarto com mau cheiro, roupas de cama e toalhas manchadas e encardidas, televisão o próprio funcionário não conseguiu ligar para fazer a demonstração,  banheiro sem box, com um rodo e com a orientação do funcionário de que ao terminar o banho teria que puxar a água pois o banho molhava todo o banheiro e móveis de madeira com forte cheiro de mofado.  Diante de todos esses imprevistos, imediatamente chamei o funcionário e comuniquei ao mesmo que não ficaria naquela pousada com o quarto nessas condições. Procurei um outro lugar que me oferecesse melhores condições de estadia para aproveitar dignamente a minha viagem. Infelizmente não me foi concedida a autorização do reembolso das diárias, mas diante de tudo que eu presenciei não poderia esperar outra atitude por parte da Pousada da Serra.
