Wren Isle: Real Florida Riverfront, Rocket Launches & Dolphins at the Dock

Welcome to Wren Isle, a spacious riverfront home on the beautiful Indian River in Titusville, Florida. With six bedrooms, five and a half baths, a private pool, and a private dock offering a wonderful view of NASA's launch pads, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Dolphins are frequently seen swimming along the shoreline, and we hope you catch a glimpse during your stay.

The home offers river views from the living room and a peaceful backyard, perfect for relaxing or watching a rocket launch light up the sky. Disney World and the beaches are both under an hour away, making Wren Isle a wonderful home base for exploring the area or simply enjoying the river.

Downstairs, you will find the main king suite with an ensuite walk-in shower, a lovely queen bedroom with nearby bath access, the living room, dining areas, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for family meals. Upstairs are two comfortable queen suites, each with private bathroom access, a second king suite, and a charming smaller bedroom with a full bed, which is accessed through the second queen suite.

Guests are warmly invited to enjoy the pool, dock, and all outdoor areas. The dock is a wonderful spot for fishing, relaxing, watching rocket launches, and taking in the wildlife. The water is shallow and not suitable for boat docking, but a public boat ramp is conveniently located less than five minutes away.

Titusville is a quiet, welcoming Florida town with charming local restaurants and a front-row seat to America's space program. We think you will feel right at home here.

A few details to note:
The base rate covers up to 6 guests, with additional guests welcome at $25 per night each, up to 11 guests total.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee and is weather-dependent, particularly in cooler months.

We live on-site in a separate apartment with its own private entrance, so we are always nearby if you need anything while respecting your privacy otherwise.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We were fortunate to watch the Artemis II launch from the pier. Truly a memorable experience. The house was very comfortable. We would love to come back just to enjoy the views and the relax. The kids and young adults enjoyed the pool, hot tub and patio area. They fished off the pier and caught sting rays and puffer fish. Plenty of parking. Very private. The owner was very welcoming and responsive to any of our questions. What a gem this is. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a group of friends stay all weekend and were also able to have a group come in for 50th birthday party on the pool deck one of the days. Everyone had a blast and Larry was a great host. We look forward to visiting again.

Nice home that is very accommodating for a large family of all ages.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Kids of all ages enjoyed the pool, kayaking and the dock. Very spacious and well eqipped for all of your needs. The parks are a short drive from the property. The owner is very nice and even though he lives on the property, you never see him so you have your privacy. We got to see a rocket launch on our last day and you can't get a better view! Grumbley's Pizza is a must have while there!

Absolutely stunning property. Extremely clean inside. Every morning walking out of the dock watching Dolphins, birds and fish was the best way to start the day. Would definitely recommend and planning on staying here again.
