Wonderful!!!
We did stay for 2 nights and all I can say is a very wonderful experience. Very close to subway station, just 5 mins walk and a lot of restaurant in the area. We enjoyed it! Staffs are very nice.

family friendly. It will be really hard to communicate with the staff if you don't know Japanese. The checkout time is 10am, so you got to checkout by that time or they gonna charge for late checkout.

I highly recommend this Hotel, close to metro station, stores. The rooms are big and have closets, that’s a plus if traveling with family!

We loved that Lawsons was right downstairs and there was a grocery store across the street. The train station as also a few minutes walk away. However, if you will be visiting Tokyo Disney, note that the Uruyasu train station trains will not take you there. We were confused at the train station and luckily a nice woman showed us the bus stop down a side street where we had to catch a bus to the parks. As for the room, it did contain a microwave, mini fridge, and a washing machine (which were all very useful) but there was very little room for luggage. For 4 of us, it made it a bit difficult to walk around the room.

Great Tokyo Disney Location
Excellent little hotel close to Tokyo Disney/Disney Sea. Staff is great and very helpful, rooms are bigger than your typical Japanese standard, and convenient stores and restaurants are right outside. Perfect stay for Disney vacation and very affordable.
