Great location, close to convention centre and Tokyo, 20min each way by train, plus a 10min walk to the station. Disney Preferred Hotel includes free shuttle to Disney Parks. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Would stay again.

My family enjoyed the area around the hotel, everyone we encountered was very nice and welcoming. We loved the close proximity to buses and trains as well as stores and restaurants.

This hotel was clean and great. Loved how big our room was also loved that the tiolet had it's own room. Our balcony was breathtaking especially at night when all the lights came on. The station was close for a short walk maybe 10-15 min walk away. Lawson & 711 are just next door to the hotel.

This trip put me in a central location with convenient access only a 10-12 minute walk to the train system. The rooms were clean and ready for me when I came back after a full day of doing stuff. The view from my balcony was spectacular. Atmosphere quiet to aid in relaxation. Breakfast was delightful yumminess.

Hotel provided free size pajamas and kids pajamas, all the toiletries. Area around hotel is quiet and not much to do, but 10 minute walk away is the Shin Urayasu subway station and mall connected to it that can meet your basic needs. Supermarket there had good selections.

This location is great if you are going to the Disney parks as it has a pretty efficient and convenient free shuttle. There are a few department stores within walking distance. It is about an hour metro ride into Tokyo station so keep that in mind. The hotel itself has a more retro vibe like a 90’s Californian feel but if you stay high enough in a west facing room (we were on 14) you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear morning and the Disney fireworks at night.

Great room with reasonable price

This is one of my favourite hotels and I stay here for visiting Tokyo Disney Resort everytime. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. Love to stay again!
