Vacation dream come true

A dream come true! I was so lucky to find a room listed on hotels.com. This was my first time staying at a Disney hotel because I cannot justify prices that American parks charge. This hotel was perfect in every way. Room had ample space for family of 5. It’s a 3 min walk across the courtyard to the Disneyland gates Easy to return to room for afternoon break.You will also receive 15 mins early entry. This made the all the difference. We rope dropped Beauty and the Beast, while en route I was able to get DPA passes to ride it again at 5pm. Sherwood Garden buffet was a great bonus. Everyone found something they wanted to eat. If you can afford it you must stay here.

Very helpful staff we were able to ship our luggage easily to our next hotel. Everyone was very friendly and of course the easy access to Disneyland made our stay very enjoyable! Fun atmosphere and vibe.

Don't waste your time buying their trip insurance

I attempted to cancel my stay within hours after the cutoff time (Japanese local time vs US local time discrepancy) due to an unforeseen and ongoing medical issue and was told I couldn't cancel. The trip was insured through their site, so I contacted the insurance provider and was given the run around and then ignored. I will be complaining to Disney, Hotels.com, and the State of Washington Insurance Commissioner. Why is it so hard to do right by people??

Amazing ! Everything was perfect The only think is book your dinner or breakfast in advance in hotel Dinner is easy to eat outside 5 min walk in shipping center are lots of restaurants. It was a nice room inside Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. The only complaint is that several Disneyland services aren't connected to Expedia, so I couldn't book some restaurants that are inside the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is that it's situated directly across from the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland Park and two stops away from DisneySea on the Disneyland Resort monorail line. However, the hospitality of the staff, convenience store, and hotel store selling park merchandise made the experience even better. I felt spoiled by the great experience and it will be hard to stay at a non-Disney hotel else after this.
