"The North apartment was a great stay. The private deck was a cool addition to the apartment. The rooms are a nice size and the kitchen and living room were perfect for two couples and a dog. The kitchen had most things you could want for a short stay including a full size refrigerator with freezer. There is no beach view but it is just a short walk from the apartment over the dunes to the beach. There was a dog and human wash station in the parking lot. The price was the most reasonable I found on the island. The owners were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely enjoyed our brief stay at this condo. The ocean front location was ideal for a relaxing stay. The views from the main bedroom were great for watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed. The outdoor deck furnishings were very nice especially being bar height so we could enjoy unobstructed views. All necessary amenities were provided for making meals and feeling "at home". Thank you for sharing your property and we will definitely keep it on our list for a longer return visit."

"View from the living room was excellent. Very nice and comfortable condo. A few updates and repairs would make it even nicer (ice maker, shelf in the Master bathroom, more coffee cups, some light bulbs need replaced). However we would book this condo again."

"This was a wonderful week at Topsail, largely due to the Searenity being such a wonderful place to stay. The starter supplies were great, the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the king sized bed was restful. We appreciated the double sinks in the master bath as well. The Searenity was welcoming and clean. We even extended our stay by one night because we just didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property."

"My family and I loved this house! It was clean upon arrival and the location is excellent. You’re steps away from the beach and the sound. The pool is right by the house, which was perfect for my girls (2 and 4 years old). Krisha is a top notch host! She had a welcome card with a bottle of wine waiting for us. She was communicative throughout our entire stay. We will definitely come back whenever we visit Topsail again! "
