· The interior of the 350m² dwelling has 6 bedrooms with capacity for up to 12 people: 5 double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

Registration:

· The minimum age for booking and registering is 25 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal ID (DNI or passport) when checking in. No other documents will be accepted.



The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Late and early arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 12:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option with free safety deposit box at the agency.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation amount.



The payment of the tourist tax is mandatory

· Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning:

. The house must be correct upon leaving, the dishes cleaned and the rubbish deposited in the street containers before departure, otherwise a charge of €100 will be deducted from the deposit.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



Beach towels are not provided.



Clause:

· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid at the time of delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and which must be opened by a locksmith: Price £200 to be paid on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Clients commit to respecting the internal regulations of the property and, above all, to not making noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.



· Animals not accepted.



· Smoking is not permitted in this accommodation.
