Premium location, brand new 2 bedrooms + two-bathroom right at the Donmills subway entrance, at 404 and 401, near Seneca College, great for family/business trips. Shopaholics have Fairview Mall, Bayview Village, and The Shops at Don Mills to explore. Your tastesbuds will be thrilled by lots of restaurants and 24 hour Grocery Store within walking distance. Enjoy urban life Downtown Toronto with easy access to public transit w/o parking headaches. Quiet oasis to relax at night.
The space
Two bedrooms, one bedroom with queen size bed, the second small bedroom with double bed, each room has its own full size bathroom. The balcony has 100 square feet balcony for a fantastic view of the city.

Your stay also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite counter top, dining and living space. We have an ensuite washer and dryer.

We doubt you will stay inside; however if you decide to stay in, please let us know we can make arrangement for you so that you can enjoy the swimming pool, sauna or sweat in the Gym; or simply relax and watching the Movie lying in the sofa in front of the 42 inch smart TV or enjoy our unlimited internet.

Here are some questions we would like you to answer, when you are considering booking our place, so that we can best help you with your itinery and offer any advice :

Guest access
Free parking site. The place offer free unlimited high speed WIFI and Streaming Netflix Movies.

The swimming pool and gym are condo private facility, only registered guests have the privilege to access the facility with the host's permission. The schedule of the facility is subject to changes without prior notice due to unforeseeable management schedules.
The management has the right to shut down the operation of the facility anytime due to safety and health concerns.
There is a public soccer field in front the condo, family with kids will enjoy out door green space and outdoor activities : soccer, basketball, frizzbi etc.
The community center next door has lots of service for all ages. Lots of activities for kids and seniors are offered there either for free or at a fraction cost. Outdoor swimming pool is open only in summer season.
Other things to note
Do not throw cigarettes from the balcony. It might cause fire and damage to other property. Guests involved with such activity will be charged.
Please keep the unit tidy and clean. Garbage and recycling should be thrown out regularly in the garbage chutes. Place all plates, cups and cutlery in the dishwasher; dishwashing detergent will be provided..

If you experience any freezing with the wifi tv box, simply unplug the adapter at the back of the box. Wait a few minutes and then plug it back in. You may need to press the power button (top right) twice.

FAQ
- Can I check in early/check out late?
If no one is staying before or after your stay we allow an early check in and/or check out for a half day fee each, Otherwise, it is very important that you check out by 11:00 am so our cleaner can come and prepare the unit for the next guest.

-Can we bring any pet for a pet fee?
Pets under 60lbs are allowed, with the exceptions of pets which are considered to be vicious or dangerous (i.e. Pit Bulls, Snakes, etc.). Guest assumes complete responsibility for their Pet, and will be held liable for any injury or damage to either people or property. If your Pet causes a disturbance to other guests or staff of the condominium, you will be required to remove the pet from the property, failure to do so will violate the terms of this Lease. The additional pet fee for cleaning is $60 to $100 as thorough cleaning is needed for future guests who may have pet allergies.

-How to open garage door
Drive into the garage door, press 1 on the key knob. If you have not got the key yet, patiently pull in front of the door, wait for the ongoing car to open the door. There are lots of ongoing traffic, usually you need to wait maximum a few minutes.
Drive out, the door will automatically open if you slowing approaching to the garage door.

-Do you provide towels and sheets?
Yes we provide all towels and sheets. One change per booking, no daily room service.

- What supplies are included?
Based on Airbnb website the definitions for essential amenities, they are the basic items that a guest expects in order to have a comfortable stay. We provide the following essentials:
• 1- 3 rolls of Toilet paper
• Soap (for hands and body)
• One towel per guest
• One pillow per guest
• Linens for each guest bed
In addition to the essential amenities, we go beyond to supply the following for our guests:
- 1 Paper towel roll
- Sponge and Dish soap
- A few dishwasher pods
- 1 Laundry detergent pack
- Hotel amenities supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes。
For long term guests, please note the supplies will not be restocked. They are there to get you by for the first few days of your stay and until you’re all settled in so you can get your own supplies and based on your preference during your stay.

-Do you have basic cooking supplies?
We provide all basic kitchen supplies and the cooking-wear (i.e. pots and pans etc)! We have no special cooking ware if you are master chef. Feel free to use anything in the cupboard, spices, coffee, tee, etc.

-What happens if I break something?
Things happen and we totally understand. If something breaks please let us know so we have time to fix it before the next reservation. Send us a message and we can go from there.

-What is the swimming pool and gym schedule
Swimming pool operation hours are 10am -11pm Gym hours are 6am -12pm
However schedules are subject to change due to unforeseeable management safety and health issues without prior notice.

-Where is the swimming pool and gym?
It is located on P1, turn left out of elevator, turn left again, following the corridor and to your right you will see double glass door and it will lead you there.

-Can we have a swimming pool party, or can our friends come to use the facility in the condo during our stay?
Swimming pool party is not allowed, there is 24/7 security surveillance camera in the pool. No diving allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to use the facility. Other visitors have no rights to access the swimming pool and gym inside the condo.

-Can we contact the management office or reception desk for any information during our stay?
No. The unit is privately owned; do not contact Reception/Front Desk for any guest related business. Contact the host directly for any issues, we will try our best to accommodate your requests and provide information. Due to the bad publicity of short-term rental caused by some irresponsible guests recently, management are not very keen on short-term rental recently. That is why we screen our guests strictly, and try our best to accommodate our guest.

-Where to return the key when we check out?
After checkout, you can leave keys in our condo, on dining room table.
-Where should I dispose garbage?
The garbage room is on the same floor in the central section. The garbage chute has a panel that has different settings: Garbage, compose and recycling. Press the different button to discharge classified waste product.

-As long term guests, can I have mails forwarded or have packaged delivered to the unit?
We do not provide a mailbox key. As you can imagine the mailboxes will be very full if all guests were to forward mails. But if you want to have packages and parcels delivered please check in with us in advance, each building has its own policies which gets changed all the time, so depending on the length of your stay or the building policies at the time, we can let you know if it’s ok to have them delivered or not or if we can come up with an alternative solution.

-Will there be any repairs and maintenance during my stay?
As you know all properties need continuous maintenance and repairs throughout the year. Some we have control over choosing the time in between guests and some that needs to be addressed right away or is being done by the condo management or the city so is out of our control to schedule. We promise to create the least amount of hassle for you, if any maintenance or work needs to bed done during your stay inside the unit, we provide a staff to supervise the work.

-For long term guests, will the unit be cleaned during my long-term stay?
The unit will be cleaned before your arrival, but there is no cleaning service included during your stay in the unit. Please contact us in case you require regular cleaning services during the stay and we can recommend you a cleaning company so you will be able to arrange with them directly based on your specific preferences.

As long term guests, is it possible to set up a buzzer for my phone number?
Condominiums are not able to set up a buzzer for stays less than 6 months. You will be responsible for meeting your guests downstairs to let them in.
