Comfortable apartment hotel

After some sketchy reviews I was a bit apprehensive about my booking. Turns out it was fine! The apartment is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. it was exactly the apartment shown in the pics. Great views too. The check in information is provided a couple of days before you arrive. When you arrive you need to dial an apartment, and they will allow you to enter the elevator (you only have a couple of minutes to do this). The elevators are VERY slow which a few people have commented on. And there was a fire alarm at 1am one night. Both are annoying but are just part of living in a modern high rise. The check in information needs updating as the WiFi password is incorrect. Thankfully there was a qr code. Also the tv is missing the Roku remote so I couldn’t watch it. But it wasn’t a problem. Other than that, all great and I enjoyed my stay.

Great location, beautiful suite but hosts were not great. Communications were terrible. Pull out couches were awful, broken and had gaps in the middle. I addressed this with them and they ignored me. No garbage cans in the suite either. Towels were old and rough. Followed entry instructions but they did not open door for us and we had to email and send text messages for them to actually ket us in. Terrible terrible

The apartment was in terrible condition when I arrived. It was dirty and clearly not prepared for a guest. The dishwasher was still full, the washing machine was stuffed with damp, smelly clothes, and the dryer was full as well. Most of the blinds were broken and kept falling down, making it impossible to have any privacy. This was completely unacceptable and far below the standards I expect.

At first it was confusing for the amount of things I needed to add in order to get the check-in instructions but after providing the deposit a government ID photograph and a selfie of myself then I was able to get the check-in instructions. Getting to the apartment itself for the very first time was super stressful because again the instructions weren't very clear to me in reading it. But after we got in the apartment was very large very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, we just couldn't find a cups.

Overall good value for price. The room was well maintained and the location is really ideal and easily walkable. However, the check-in process was stressful and tedious. We received a form to fill in a few days before, then nothing for 24 hours. Then a request for a security deposit through PayPal, and again nothing for 24 hours. We finally got a PDF with the check-in info, and once we got to the property, we had SO much trouble getting the elevator to work. Basically we had to dial on the lobby call system, wait for someone to answer, and hope we made it on time for the "next elevator". It never worked, and we couldn't press our floor. We even talked to the nice security person in the lobby, but she couldn't unlock the elevator for us. We finally were very lucky to find someone who was going to the same floor, and from there it was smooth. As I said, location and room were really good, but don't expect service as there's nobody on the premises and it felt like we were "bothering" them when we called to say nothing worked for the elevator.

Horrible communication. Called the agent’s cell phone & the office phone numerous times but got no answer. Only would communicate via email & such was delayed. Especially frustrating when trying to get logistics upon arrival. The accommodations were subpar at best. Such a noisy building; the walls were paper thin… you could hear everything & using the elevators were an absolute nightmare. They were always congested & such a long wait time. Would not recommend this place & will not be returning in the future.

We loved everything after a week stay. We had a few questions and I e mailed and received very prompt responses. There is a cleaning deposit and you have to contact them via e mail directly before you arrive to pay it. You then get the “check in” directions, which are really access to the high rise instructions. The view of the city is wonderful.

The area where it is is great had afew problems checking in with the key, elevator is super slow and i wish you got more then one to incase there is a family with you cause its hard to go in and out with only one key, but place was jice and clean and area is great parking is oark bahahahh

Only 3 elevators to service 48 stories building , the wait was sometimes up to 15 minutes to take an elevator…otherwise all was good.
