Grand rental with a private entrance.

Truly an amazing property. The unit we had was on the ground floor, with a private entrance. The unit was especially clean, well organized and outfitted. We had a little trouble with the check in. Our unit was locked upon arrival. It took close to two hours to finally get into the unit with help from security. I was impressed and yet annoyed with the communication. My questions were answered by email very quickly. Yet, I was not able to get a hold of the booking agency or the home owner by phone. The back and forth emails (after I repeatedly request a phone call) only added to my check in frustration. I had to cancel a dinner with long time friends. Thankfully, we had time to make our dinner up. Overall, I would stay at this rental again without a hesitation. In advance, I'd let them know exactly when I'll arrive and request someone double check the unit, insuring a smooth check in process

Stay away from this place

Stay away from this place. Paid in full and never stayed there. Hours before arrival I was asked to pay an additional $200.00 via PayPal. (Did not pay it) This company had my credit card on file. Seems like this location is run by thieves and scammers. Never received a refund. Go somewhere else in Toronto.

Please note, that the requiremements are stated on the listing page. Unfortunately, you refused to fulfill few of the requirements, and as such, we could not proceed with the check-in procedure. This property was advertised as 3 minute walk to Scotia Bank Arena. It was a 35 minute walk. It was also advertised as having a pool and hot tub but we found out once arriving that because we only stayed four nights that we did not have access. These errors in the Hotels.com advertisement need to change.

The location and pool saves this place but otherwise quite disappointing. They charged us for an additional guest (we are two parents with three little ones) and then didn’t leave enough blankets or towels, and only half a roll of toilet paper for a two night stay. Communication was quick but abrupt and often inaccurate (told us pool was on wrong floor, gave us wrong code for parking fob access etc). And the clincher - the cold water was HOT and when I contacted them for help explaining this meant we had no drinking water - they said they’d get back to us in 72 hours, which was longer than the booking itself! Other disappointments included. I be all out blinds and bright lights shining in all night and a very measly shower. But the location and pool were perfect!

Since we are not a hotel, but private apartments we provide toiletries for the first night stay. It is weird that there were not enough blankets, unfortunately our customer support team did not receive a request for or complaint about the lack of blankets. When we received the complaint about hot water running from both taps, we sent a request to the building management. They provided us with a respond that the maintenance team would arrive in a within 72 hours to investigate and fix the issue. Thank you for staying with us.Kind regards, Kevin. Globalstay team.

They were unable to provide me a parking pass upon request.. no toilet paper in the bathrooms.

The information for this property are not accurate, it is no way the distance to the Scotiabank Arena is a 3 minutes walk. It created us extra expenses that we did not plan for. The instructions are incomplete and you have to figure out each step.
