Room was okay, however the building was an apartment complex not a hotel. The floor absolutely reeked of curry. The location of the building was not a very nice area. Many homeless people and drug users. Did not feel comfortable walking in the evening.

Stayed at this property as I was in the city for business. The unit was clean (enough) and presentable with a little wear and tear. Suited my needs for a short stay of two nights. Great location and communication leading up to arrival. The temperature in the unit was a bit excessive at 26.5 degrees Celsius. Would recommend keeping the apartment at a lower, more welcoming temperature so guests aren’t walking into a sauna.

Easy to check in Room was great and comfortable and allowed for doing laundry and cooking if you so desired ! I was there for work and the Starbucks and papa John’s pizza just outside were a great asset after long days ! Will stay there again :)

The room was excellent, clean and well furnished. Staff met us at the door for checkin, and the instructions for checkin and meeting were clear and well communicated. The process went smoothly, including our purchased for additional $ offstreet parking. Generous checkin/checkout times meant we didn't need to rush at either end of the process. The room had plenty of towels and linens, and blankets. The back bedroom has a panel to darken it completely, and the front bedroom and living room had thick curtains, but not blackout drapes. All appliances worked flawlessly and were clean and tidy. Access was easy and we were just a couple blocks from everything including a starbucks, grocery store, various restaurants and shops, streetcars, buses, the subway and Eaton center.
