This bright & light-filled private unit is inside a newly renovated home located in a quiet residential street beside High Park, and close to downtown core and FIFA stadium BMO Field. Walkable to public transit and shops.

Lots daylight and 8’ ceiling, does not feel like a basement. 12’ high foyer with floor-to-ceiling windows leads down to a thoughtfully designed space with an open concept living room, dining space, kitchenette, and an enclosed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to a private deck/patio during their stay.

The space is serene with a hotel-like feel. The kitchenette has a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dinnerware, coffee. Bathroom with luxury finishes, bedroom w/ closet, living room with a sofa bed, dining room, premium bedding and towels.
