Overall, we had a very good stay. check-in was a bit iffy, the security guard was rude and abrupt. We arrived in Toronto 11 am off a flight from Scotland and had to wait till 4 to check in, four came and went and we had to chase up the keys as the cleaner hadn’t returned them yet. A resident assaulted me getting out of the lift then subsequently put in a complaint anout me, we asked for the resident to come and speak to us to discuss with the security guard, however She never appeared. That being said excellent location excellent communication would definitely stay again.

The property was incredible! the support was very good, they answer all my doubts. And was a very pleasant stay. The only opportunity area that I found was the elevator, there were only one elevator working of three, and in some hours the quantity of people waiting for the elevator was high, we are talking about 15-20 minutes.

Unfortunately the building had shut down the air conditioning system for the season. Our room was 26.5 - 23.5 degrees which was difficult for sleeping. There was only 1 of 3 elevators in service for this 27 storey building. Wifi did not operate in our room. The front desk was not helpful with any of the above. We would look for other places for the future.

The property is in an amazing location very close to the CN Tower and Scotia Bank Arena. The only downside it the Condo was poorly maintained. Half the lights where burnt out, Two mirrors and a dresser where not affixed to the walls. and the inexpensive bedframe was only six inches above the floor which made the bed very hard to get in and out of. The furniture was cheap and very low quality.

Getting set up and in was excellent, great location and lots of dining options near by. Excellent location and access to union station. Property is showing its age and speed of wifi only reason for not giving it 5 stars for the price.

READ THIS FIRST

I reserved this property expecting a nice place based on the price. Location is great, view is nice. That’s all the nice things about this place. First, I reserved a room with a queen size bed, as advertised. I got a full size mattress in a bigger frame, so you had to climb into the mattress so you wouldn’t hit your shin (see pictures). My wife and I had little confort because we need a bigger mattress, that’s why I booked a queen size. Next, property is going under construction, so expect lots of noise after 8am. There are six elevators, 3 for the first 30 floors and 3 other for the rest. Two for the lower floors wouldn’t work leaving only one elevator for all the people going up and down. Lines were long waiting for being able to get into the elevator, for max 7 people or less with luggage. One time we went down the stairs 16 floors after waiting more than 15 min for an elevator. For the other floors, also one elevator didn’t work. Even front desk suggested using stairs… yeah with luggage or older people or kids or just being tired, this is a great option. When management was contacted they claimed bed was what they listed (of course not), and there were alternatives to the elevator (stairs) and that construction was not in their control (but they didn’t disclosed in the listing). Front desk confirmed this has been ongoing for a while so were not isolated situations. Definitely better to pay a little more to avoid this situation at all!

When only one of three elevators that access your floor is functioning (in my case I was on the 16th floor) this is unacceptable, inconvenient, dangerous and not safe should there be an emergency.

Place was absolutely beautiful. Accessible to lots of shops, restaurants, union station. Quick with responses and very helpful and kind! Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again.
