The property itself was very nice—clean, walkable, and in a great location. The front desk staff on-site were also very pleasant. However, the overall experience was frustrating due to extremely poor communication. I had multiple calls hung up on me, making it nearly impossible to get clear information. The biggest issue was false advertising about parking—while it was listed as available, my specific unit did not have any, which left me with unexpected expenses and a lot of frustration. Check-in was also a mess: I was told I might be able to check in early, but couldn’t because the cleaner was still there (understandable). The real problem came at the scheduled check-in time, when the unit still wasn’t ready and the keys weren’t available because cleaning wasn’t done. On top of that, the unit was located in a separate building, and no clear instructions were provided for check-in, navigation, or check-out. While the property itself is nice, the false advertising about parking and the consistently poor communication made this a very disappointing stay.

The location had a spectacular view of the CN Tower and crowds on the street. I loved the balcony (though it was dirty). You couldn’t hear the loud traffic inside. There was lots of space for our group. The rooftop pool had a great view. The cabanas looked inviting. A real disappointment the hot tub was out-of-service. My guests didn’t find the sofa bed comfortable. They were disappointed when they saw it and said they would consider coming back if we can’t get one of the local hotels. Supplying a foam mattress topper, stored in the spacious laundry room might be a cheap/easy improvement. I loved the Kitchenette for meal options, especially with choosy eaters in the group. I’d considered bringing a foam topper in the car but had no room with extra luggage. The parking was full at 300 front but there was an underground garage across the street. I wish I had been told there was a driveway to pull up in front of 20 John to unload luggage. It would have saved me over an hours time at check in. I was really pleased with the room and it would be my top choice returning to Toronto.Downtown.

Our stay at RivetStays, The Atmos was good overall. We were in the east building on the 5th floor with access to the pool, which had an amazing view of the CN Tower and Skydome, although it was quite busy in August. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the pull-out sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable for sleeping. Check-in was also more difficult than expected. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made it a solid stay.

Cute little apartment with a view

The small place was average in cleanliness, we noticed greasy fingerprints in the refrigerator door but generally it was pretty clean. There were minor details that would need some attention; a loose shelf behind the sofa and a missing chunk of moulding in the kitchenette. The view was spectacular and the proximity to restaurants and venues was amazing. The bed was very comfy. The restaurants and bars made it so easy to walk around without the need for a car. The security staff were friendly and courteous as were the emails from the management. There was a plumbing issue in the whole building which meant no water in the building but they managed this very well and gave us tons of bottled water in prep for this. Overall our stay was enjoyable!

The location was perfect and the size of the condo was perfect for 2 people, the communication from the host was quick and when the tv didn't work they were onsite quickly. The coffee was provided and when it ran low they replaced it immediately. Will stay here again.
