Be aware; this property is not what is advertised. You will see nice townhouse like units, with amenities & walk out decks up front. What you get is quite different; a main floor 10 by 10 room with a student desk & bed, old, tired fit & finish, as well as, a hint of mold along the baseboards. Oh yea, one very small common washroom at the end of the hallway (lined with black mold).

I stayed for six nights. Although there were no luxurious facilities, I was able to stay comfortably without any excess or deficiency. Some areas were not thoroughly cleaned, so improvement in that aspect would be beneficial. I am satisfied with my stay. Here is some advice for future guests: - There is no sign displaying the name of the accommodation. Please verify the location using the address on Google Maps or similar services. - Press the intercom to receive information about the room location and door passcode. - Only one towel is provided, and there is no exchange service. It is advisable to bring several small towels. - Shared facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and refrigerator are available for use. Laundry detergent is also provided. - The shower and toilet are shared. Shampoo and body soap are available in the bathroom. - The fourth floor can be hot during the summer, and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. If you prefer a cooler room, the second floor is recommended. - A supermarket is located about a 10-minute walk to the south, where you can find a variety of items. - Being near York University, there are many fast-food options catering to students, open until around 11 pm.

This appears to be a dorm room with a shared bathroom. Clean. Cheap. Nothing close by and driving does not solve the problem either. Found some restuarants - but no parking (after hours). Seems the whole town uses food delivery and no dine-in.
