We had no towels and face clothes the first night I asked for towels they said laundry wasn’t done and had none so I asked them I have 3 people that needed showers so I asked the person to go into rooms that weren’t rented, so I was able to get 3 mini towels The next day I asked again and they gave me 3 towels no face clothes then the next day I got everything and when we got back from our outing all the shampoos were gone 😡 So my wife said forget it we will just do without so we did There was a chocolate turtle in front of the elevator for our 3 days we stayed and I told the staff everyday and was still there at checkout I was very disappointed in our stay we will never go back there again It was $500+ that I wished I didn’t spend there But it is what it is I guess

Cockroach, filth and constant hassles.

Found cockroaches crawling in the kitchen, absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty with stains and a clear lack of proper cleaning. Bathroom lights were flickering and our key cards stopped working everyday and had to be reactivated. Worst hotel experience.

The room was not clean. Hair and stains all over the sofabed. Had to sleep 3 adults in a queen bed as we had 5 guests. They rationed towels. Would not give us the amount asked for. Could not give us a new room. Did not deliver clean bedding as promised. Big bug found in room. Bathroom in need of repairs. Toilet kept running. Stairwells and elevators dirty with garbage and debris from construction.

New hotel but feels old. Not enough parking spots. It is a long stay, has full kitchen, but no plates, cutlery, cooking tools. Room seems jammed because of the full “studio” idea. But my only concern is the lack of enough parking spots, did not need the kitchen part.

The services was ok and the room was clean but we had 2 nights without air-conditioning and our phone did not work in our room to get a hold of receptionists, so we had to send our son down everytime we needed something. So for yhe price range it was very resonable so if your good with no air and phone service then this is a good place to stay.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO EVER BOOK. DO NOT DISAPPOINT YOURSELF! They canceled my booking without sending an email or calling. So I was left stranded at 2am with nowhere to lay my head. I sent an email 3 days prior due to the fact they DO NOT answer the phone when you call. Even Expedia agents tried to call and sent emails. They are very unprofessional. No problem solving from the manager either. Won’t even come speak with you. Also the area doesn’t look safe. The people residing didn’t look safe either. I made sure to get my refund ASAP!!

2 black guys entered our unit while my husband was downstairs and was putting my 2 year to sleep. When we brought it up to front desk, we were told that it was a mistake and that “these things happen” these things should not happen and there should have been some sort of compensation as it was a traumatic experience for both my self and my children.

The A/C was not working half of the time many things were broken. There was moisture in a kitchen tool. We ask for a refund they told us we should receive a email and we never received it, still waiting for the 200$ deposit to comeback.
