I booked this property through Expedia. When we arrived the additional bedding was still wet in the dryer, there was no second blanket even though it said you could use the sofa bed, the mirror in the front entrance was smashed and closet door didn’t close, there was no top sheet on the bed and it was wet in the dryer and had to be made, fridge was warm smelt gross and the freezer didn’t work, the front entrance flooring was broken and lifted not attached, none of the electrical plug ins in the bedroom worked or the lamp, the blinds were half broken and in the closet and you can see outside, there was no door on the bedroom and there was no hot water on Friday morning.
The suite is disgusting and looks absolutely nothing like what was pictured or shown on Expedia when we booked it. It took me hours and hours on the phone, so much frustration, a ruined trip to Toronto, and a toll on my mental health before the issue was resolved almost a week later. Expedia finally provided a refund but not after a fight. All I can say is I’d never ever book again with them and whatever you do make sure you take videos and pictures of your accommodations, and if you have any issues tell the hosts in writing and contact Expedia. Document everything in writing!
