Excellent location! Secure building. The unit is a bit weathered, older, not enough towels/face cloths and not as clean as other places. Garbage chute in building wasn’t working but cleaned before we left early in the morning. Owner is nice and got back to us quickly with answers to questions

Not what we paid for! Beware!

I will never stay at this property again. The managers use a "bait and switch" to get you to pay for a nice-looking unit on their website and then claim it is no longer available and give you an "upgrade"! We were looking forward to a city view for our romantic getaway and instead looked into another building and could not even go outside because the deck was not shovelled. We would have preferred the balcony that we paid for on the website. The building was under renovation and, therefore, was noisy and dusty, with light bulbs hanging from the ceiling in the hallways and construction noises preventing us from sleeping in and relaxing. The management did send us pictures of the unit but DID NOT mention the construction and the pictures showed a view we did not have. We also couldn't access the advertised spa. We tried to contact the booking agency by text, phone, email and through the Hotels.com website asking for a partial refund as this is not what we paid for. Unfortunately, we heard nothing back. This is an atrocious business practice! The place did provide coffee and shampoo, etc., in the washrooms, but the furniture was broken, and the beds were smaller than what we paid for. Overall, it was a rip-off, and the management did not communicate when we expressed disappointment.

We enjoyed our stay however it was not at the location I originally booked through Expedia. We booked 14 York St near the Scotiabank arena advertised as THE ONE. This was to walk to Raptors games. My wife doesnt have great mobility so this was important. To our surprise the actual location "changed"? to 300 Front St. Great for Jays games but not Raptors basketball during a Toronto cold snap. I want our host to be aware of this misinformation on Expedia to hopefully get it corrected asap.

We were told we were double booked the day before our trip. We did not receive our new booking until we were many hours into our drive to Toronto. There was a lack of information involving parking and check out.

Everything was wonderful! The parking was easy and accessible, the area around the building was safe and had access to the mall, restaurants, the stadium, cn tower, and the room its self had a great view with plenty of space! The only issue was that the address on Expedia was incorrect and threw us off as we arrived. Other than that I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a room in the city for a good price.

Be aware! It’s NOT a hotel. The communication was only through Expedia chat box. The phone number provided was useless. It would not reach anyone. The worst part was we were not allowed to get back our forgotten item.

Check-in was a mess, requiring contact with Hotels.com to resolve because of communications failures by the property. The VIP status was not acknowledged by the property, with poor communication in any case, making it unclear why they are allowed to feature VIP perks on their listing. Balcony locked.

Not as advertised

We booked for 2 rooms with a king bed in each and a pull out sofa, so there would be comfortable bed options for a family of four adults. The unit had 2 rooms, but there was only a double bed in each. The living room had a sofa, but it did not convert to a bed. When we contacted the property, they sent someone up to install a blow up mattress. There was insufficient toilet tissue, no hairdryer (although listed), pillows that smelled of BO in one of the bedrooms, a tear in the sofa cushion, and a leftover used tissue and hair tie in the sofa. When contacted, the property tried to be helpful. The experience was not as advertised and we were left with the feeling that we didn’t get what we paid for.
