Location was not the location listed in the ad. Nobody there is assist with check in. Parking had to run up into the room to grab a clicker to open the garage, and finding the spot was a nightmare. Apartment was fine for the stay as we were going out most of the time. Pet hair was everywhere, stains on the couch seats, stools were very wobbly, a cupboard arm was not attached to the wall. I did not take photos because I assumed this was a reputable company would know the condition of their apartment. Upon checking in they informed us that the credit system they use for deposits did not work and they needed an e-transfer, was leary of doing so, but ended up sending 450$ as we needed a place to stay, we were already driving on the way. Checked out and waited a few days for refund. Called a couple times was told it takes a few days to process. After 1.5 weeks I called again and they informed me the cleaning crew said I brought a dog and it pooped in the apartment so they will not be giving me my deposit back. We did not bring a dog and there was definitely no poop when we left. We ensured the apartment was left in clean condition by sweeping and washing/drying dishes. Do not recommend staying here this seems like a scam to keep 450$.

This was my first stay in Toronto and it could not have been better location wise for my needs. It was downtown but in a very quiet & safe area, had a convenient area for Uber to pick me up and drop me off at, and the surrounding area had a little bit of everything amenity wise. I will be staying here again when I find myself travelling to the GTA.

We booked the property for a group of 5 of us for 4 nights, we were a group with 1 couple, and 3 single guys, so we made sure to book a place with 4 beds (although just 2 bedrooms, it listed 2 beds in the living room). We were charged an extra $50 per night per person for everyone in the group over 3 (so an extra charge of $400 total), which we were ok with seeing as how everyone would get a bed. We arrived and outside our unit's door in the hallway was multiple holes all over the baseboard, then we stepped through the front door and there was another 8 or more holes approx 4"x8" each! After a quick walkthrough we realized there was only 3 beds. We immediately texted the property manager and got no responses. One of the guys agreed to take some cushions and make a bed on the floor, and we assured him we would make sure to get a refund back for him as we were grossly mislead. Next we had a very confusing time trying to understand how the fob works (you have to press a button to activate the elevator) as there was no directions anywhere on how to use it, I had to embarrassingly ask a stranger in the elevator what was I doing wrong. I went to my bathroom and was shocked at how grimy and dirty the ceiling fan was. I have back problems and a hot bath always helps, so our first morning there I went to go use the bathtub, but the drain plug had been tampered with and made having a bath impossible. Overall, other then those things, the cleanliness of the place was decent.

What we liked: Best location, everything walking distance. Close to Roger Center, CN Tower, Water front, local parks, quiet, balcony with view, safe, comfortable bed and pillows, lots of pillows, access to Netflix, apartment fully equipped, indoor parking included. What we didn't like: The apartment was not the one advertissed when we booked. It was supposed to be a corner unit with paronamic view. The picture didn't match the posting but still a nice place. The plumbing was not draining properly. The drain in the shower was clogged and the bathroom sink drained slowly. It was not very clean, mould in the bathtub, a lot of dust on the furnitures but the kitchen was okay. No salt, no pepper, no sugar. Lots of coffee though. Parking was hard to access, P1 was easy to locate but no instruction for P2 level. I would recomment giving more instructions on how to access the parking spot. Overall, we enjoyed and liked our stay regardless of the things we didn't like. The location couldn't be better. The guest was accessible and responded very quickly. Still recommended the place!

Our key fob did not work so we could not use the elevator. The condo had not been cleaned. There were dishes in the sink, the bedding had not been changed and putty dust everywhere. There was no dish rags or tea towels or frying pan. There were cigarette butts on the balcony. The management apologized but never replaced our key fob or compensated our stay in any way

False address &penalizes if u talk to lobby securi

Something is not right about this place. 1) the address is not correct. They send you a confirmation email after you provide them additional information for another address across from the original address. 2) they prohibit you from speaking with lobby concierge /security with a hefty penalty if you. Makes me wonder if this place is even legal? Broken floors too
