IDEAL Comfy peaceful CARIHUELA HOUSE 3 mins beach Fast Wifi Air/Con Pool!
In Carihuela, Torremolinos, in a unique environment. Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, clean house to enjoy while relaxing. Excellent for vacation or work stays. The urbanization is private with charm. The shared community pool is salt water and is usually empty (check schedules) as the beach is so close, just 150 meters from Carihuela beach. The area has some of the best restaurants and bars on the Costa del Sol.
The house has two floors, with air conditioning and heating (€1= 3.5 hours, with pause mode) in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen.
No car is needed, but there is parking available in the urbanization (€). You can also park on the street for free. 1Gb Wifi fiber, and international TV channels (France 24, , Foxnews, BBCWorld News, CNN, Soccer...).
The beds, the sofa and the sofa bed are comfortable and of good quality. There is a balcony in the main room from which you can see the sea. There is also a private patio on the ground floor that is accessed from the living room. Towels and 100% cotton sheets are provided.
There are banks, shops, supermarkets (DIA, Mercadona, Carrefour), medical centers nearby... There are stairs to access the house.
We have magnificent public transport:
-The bus stop is just outside the entrance to the urbanization: Airport, Malaga, Marbella, Torremolinos center, Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmádena... with frequent services.
--The suburban train station 'Montemar Alto' is about 7 minutes away, the trains are frequent and go to Malaga, Airport and Fuengirola:
5 stops from the Airport (10-15 minutes),
10 stops (20-25 minutes) from the AVE station in Malaga, 1 hour from Córdoba, 2 hours from Seville, 3 hours from Madrid
-Malaga airport 10 minutes by car/taxi. €30
-CHECK IN time: 3:00 pm
-DEPARTURE time: 11:00 a.m.
PARKING: €10 day
Cot and Highchair: €30 per stay
