Villa Eugenia is situated in old olive grows and vineyards and offers a wonderful holiday close to the Adriatic sea and the nearby mountains.
Its panoramic view is spectacular and 10 min away from sandy beaches or hidden bays. The villa is fully equipped and has 1 large living room with terraces and chimney, kitchen, WIFI and bathroom.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with a very large bathroom and A/C.
Bed and beac linen will be provided.

Great house at good location

Had a pleasent stay in Villa Eugene, House had a spacious layout nice terrace and beautiful views. Wolfgang and Daniella were friendly and helpful. Beaches of nice little resort Francavilla are 15 minutes away, a supermarket in the village has most of what you need. We had some bad luck with the pool, cleaneness of water diminished over the week and could not be really handled when we were there. Airco is in one room on topfloor and is supposed to cool down al rooms on topfloor. This is not really working during hot August and July months and there are no ventilators to help out. All in all comfortable house which we recommend and definitely would stay again.

Complessivamente siamo rimasti contenti, avevamo però il frigorifero che non funzionava e non è stato riparato, le TV con pochissimi canali in italiano, e la presenza del cane del proprietario che non ci era stata segnalata. Per il resto sono stati gentilissimi la casa e la piscina erano stupende

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Makeln

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist fantastisch (15 min mit dem Auto zum Sandstrand - 30 min mit dem Auto in die Berge), an einem Hang inmitten von Olivenhainen. Das Haus und der Pool sind groß und sauber. Die Betten sind frisch und bequem. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Alles in allem ein Ort, an dem man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Leider gibt es ein paar kleine Wermutstropfen: - Das Haus wird offensichtlich auch an Raucher vermietet. Das riecht man als Nichtraucher leider. - Die Hunde des Besitzers sind sehr darauf bedacht ihr Revier zu markieren. - Der Insektenschutz ist nicht mehr an allen Fenster funktionstüchtig. - Es gibt nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Uns haben diese Punkte aber nicht davon abhalten dürfen können, hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes Anwesen zwischen Berge und Meer / Molto bella proprietà tra monti e mare

Gemeinsam mit drei Kindern haben wir eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, jeder hatte seinen Platz. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht und Ausflüge ans Meer, in die Berge, nach Ortona, Chieti und Pescara gemacht. Die Lage ist ideal. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella villa insieme con tre bambini. La casa è molto spaziosa, ognuno aveva il suo posto. Abbiamo trascorso molto tempo in piscina e fatto gite al mare, in montagna, a Ortona, Chieti e Pescara.

Super nette Vermieter, großes gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschönen Ausblick ins Tal auf die Olivenhaine inkl. Meerblick. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir je eine Flasche vom selbst produzierten Olivenöl und seinen leckern Rotwein. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zum Majella Nationalpark (Schluchtenwanderung, Grotte, ...) und zu den Ständen. Wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft an Daniela und Wolfgang!

Traumhaftes Haus mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen, ruhigen Urlaub im sehr gepflegten, sauberen Ferienhaus. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts, auch sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Vor allem haben wir den Pool und den tollen Ausblick ins Tal bis zum Meer genossen. In 10-15 Minuten ist man an den nahen Sandstränden am Meer. Unsere Vermieter Wolfgang und Daniela haben sich hervorragend um unser Wohl gekümmert! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Verblijf in Pescara

Zeer fijn verblijf in een ruim net en comfortabel huis, inclusief een privé zwembad dat heel mooi gelegen is. Er zijn nog twee huizen op het domein, waarvan een bewoond wordt door de eigenaar en het andere door iemand anders. Hiervan heb je totaal geen hinder. Ook de omgeving is zeer mooi en exclusief, alsook de afstand naar het strand, slechts 6 km met de verschillende zonnebad plaatsen is een grote troef. Kortom wij hebben een goede tijd beleefd in pescara.
