In the resort 300 m from the centre of L'Estartit, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (8 x 18 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 20 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Playa del Estartit" 20 m. Nearby attractions: Les Medes 2 km, Museo Dalì Figueres 42 km, Pitch& putt Gualta - 18 hoyos 9 km, Parque acuatico Aquadiver Platja d'Aro 38 km, Ruinas greco-romanas d'Empùries 19 km.
