Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 2 cm width 2 cm. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bar, bakery 500 m, café 300 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Marmenuda", diving center 300 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 1 km, Waterworld lloret de mar 15 km, Marinland Blanes 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
