Nice and cozy house to spend your holidays. Enjoy the outdoors and relax as you and your family deserve. The house is distributed entering with a beautiful living room with the kitchen and a sofa bed that can sleep two people comfortably. This room has access to a beautiful terrace equipped with tables and chairs and two beautiful armchairs ideal for dining and reading or listening to relaxed music. The terrace faces the sea, it has sun all morning. Entering the house again we will discover a double room with a 150 cm bed. and equipped with its wardrobe and tables, it also has a small TV. The other room faces the garden and has a 120 cm bed. It has a window that overlooks the front garden of the house. The kitchen has an American bar giving the living room with fireplace a great cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is renovated with a shower. The front garden is with beautiful plants and flowers that you can also water if you feel like it. You have a barbecue and some nice garden furniture to rest. The community garden with swimming pool is a relaxing area ideal for children and for the rest of their parents. The urbanization of Santa Maria de LLorell is one of the most beautiful in the Costa Brava, with idyllic beaches and crystal clear waters, ideal for enjoying its waters.
