The surroundings of Villa CINQUELLA

Santa María de Llorell is a quiet and exclusive residential area, with no traffic, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava. It is just 4 km south of Tossa de Mar, considered the pearl of the Costa Brava: a picturesque fishing village by the Mediterranean Sea, famous for its landscapes, spectacular views and welcoming atmosphere.

About 8 km to the north is Lloret de Mar, a lively town with a wide range of leisure activities, nightlife, water sports and a water park with exciting slides. Its promenade and long sandy beach make it an ideal destination for both young people and families.

In addition, cities such as Girona and Barcelona are easily accessible by car or public transport, perfect for day trips.

Due to the quietness of the area, groups of young people are not accepted. The property reserves the right of admission.

The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.

The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.

The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.

The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.

How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
