Outstanding staff
Posted Feb. 18, 2024 on HotelsWe came to Toulouse for a wedding. The staff at Odalys City Toulouse Colombélie was so professional, kind and accommodating. Anaise And Emré at reception went out of their way to be helpful. We asked for an iron and they offered the ironing board, too. On the day of the wedding it was raining and they offered us umbrellas. We were transferring to the Odalys near the airport and Emré called for us to see if we could get a shuttle to transfer our luggage. They both made our stay at Odalys Colombélie extraordinarily smooth, pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Decent property near perfect. The only complaint was some mould on the shower head. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location, walkable to the centre and a few grocery stores.
