Your holiday space boasts pretty views of the city across the river from the living, dining and large balcony. The balcony will be your special place where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a relaxed evening meal. The nights lights from this balcony are spectacular! All in all, it’s good vibes only at 49 on Stanley.
The convenience of this location puts you a couple of minutes from Palmer Street where you’ll find an array of restaurants. Or you can walk across the bridge and be in the city in five minutes. Here you will find specialty shops, convenience stores and of course more fantastic dining venues. If you don’t mind a longer walk you can continue to the Strand and experience the waterfront vibe. Here you’ll find cafes overlooking the water, a variety of restaurants and more shopping. You can also walk as far as Pallarenda beach at one end and the Marina and Casino at the other.
Inside your space you have a modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities to cook up a storm, but of course you might want to simply walk to one of the many bars and restaurants on offer in Townsville. A Nespresso machine awaits you for that morning coffee or there’s a juicer for those of you who can’t do without your health shakes!
Three spacious bedrooms, the main featuring a king size bed an ensuite. There’s also plenty of wardrobe space if you are here on a longer stay. It also features views across to the city. The property's location was great. Easy to walk to restaurants, Country Bank Stadium and the Strand. The easterly views from the balcony over the river and night lights was perfect along with a cool breeze from the coast. The property is very tidy with modern furnishings (the lounge was large and so comfy) and everything is provided that you would need for a 6 day stay that we had. The kids loved the pool and playing on the large grassed area next to the river which could be seen from the balcony. The property manager was easy to contact and communicate with and very accomodating when requesting an early check-in and late check out.The only issue we had was difficulty parking our hire car in the allocated parking spot. The car space is narrow in a very tight location at the end of the carpark. When cars were parked next to and on the other side we had to do a 6 point turn everytime we parked the car!All in all a very enjoyable stay and great value for money!

Just 1 thing....
Prime location, clean arpartments & facilities. Only 1 problem... PARKING! Upon arrival we found our parking space occupied by an unknown resident for the first 40hrs of our stay. Parking spaces in the visitors area are very limited so this was a huge disappointment and put us at a disadvantage. Brandi was very quick to communicate and the issue was raised with the body corporate but very inconvenient to unpack/ pack luggage or groceries. Such a shame when you are paying good and dont get your secure parking spot.

My recent stay in Townsville was lovely. The accommodation was just as described. The unit was clean and spacious. Everything was provided that we needed which was an unexpected surprise. The beds were very comfortable which I was a little concerned about having a bad back and neck. I couldn't fault the apartment and complain about anything. It felt homely and secure. The communication with holiday hosting was also just as great. Emails and calls when needed were addressed in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. I can't wait for my next hassle free adventure:-)
