Pool definitely was lacking in atmosphere, was just tucked in a corner. Quiet but no atmosphere. Facilities in the room great and staff very obliging. It was a great place to stay and the hotel below a bonus. Location great. Enjoyed our 7 night stay.

Enjoyed my stay

I was very impressed with the hotel and its location. I hadn't been to that area of Townsville before and found it the ideal location as was situated near the water and a short walk to the city. The hotel itself had many amenities that I hadn't expected. I was a bit disappointed that I was only there for one night,

Only one issue

Early check in was arranged very easily for my partner coming off night shift. Consistently reasonably priced. Only complaint was that cleaner entered the room early and before we had checked out. My partner was still sleeping. She then got angry and stated slamming doors and making lots jot noise in the hallway when told that there was still 1.5 hours until check out. Otherwise the stay was great.
