The strong point of the villa is a large patio where there is a hydromassage tub so you can spend time in absolute joy or relaxation..
From the structure it is possible to easily reach the sea, which is just 2 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the Trabia beach with fine sand or San Nicola L'arena with rocky seabed, if you opt for a sightseeing tour not to be missed Palermo and Cefalù which are about 30 km away, for the younger ones there is no shortage of entertainment with disco evenings in Cefalù or enjoying the local nightlife in San Nicola L'arena or Altavilla Milicia, it is also possible to rent dinghies/boats to discover the coves of the it costs
