Anniversary trip/overall good experience

Good all overall experience. Our room was pretty nice, great views of the bay! We did have not any hot water our last night though which was weird. Breakfast was ok, could have been better but it was free. Biggest issue was the kids in the pool area. When it was adult time pool time the kids were still there for a while so we could not really enjoy the pool or hot tub. We did really enjoy our complimentary shuttle driver, she was really nice and helpful. Overall not bad but it wasn’t our favorite.

Small indoor pool, very overcrowded hotel, small parking lot for capacity of hotel. Room was right next to the pool so it was very loud. Guest service was great, Erin was phenomenal! Beds were pretty small, queens were more like fulls. Good for business stay but not a family stay.

Disappointed

We've been to this hotel a few times over the past 2 years. I really appreciate the room options. The staff is always top notch. However this last trip was a mess. There was some type of party, food and stuff everywhere through the stairwell and in the elevator. Couldnt use the pool because there were 25 people in there. Mostly kids. Incredibly rough. Pushing each other, running around, fighting, trying to drown each other. It was disappointing. Shower was cold, bedroom of the suite had no heat so it was ice cold. Not enough linens for all the beds, which should never be an issue. Breakfast doesnt start until 730 so that doenst work for most peoples schedules when you have an event to be at. Not sure how i feel about coming back.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. Our only dilemma came our second night when someone above us decided to blast music until around 1am. I used the texting feature for assistance and i was instructed i would've been better assisted if i called the front desk. Either way we plan on going back. The view is breathtaking.

Cherry Tree Suites is a beautiful get a way. Very friendly staff and big chocolate chip cookies when you check in! We loved the breakfast, big room with view of the bay, the indoor pool and hot tub. We will be staying here again.
