Very, very convenient to cruise terminal. The room was great. Great location to dining and shopping. Would recommend. Only suggestion is that carpet be changed in the hallways. Very worn and stained.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It’s been extremely well refurbished, is extremely comfortable, really well located and fantastic service. Would most definitely stay here anytime I visit Trieste. Not a doubt in my mind. Loved it!

The hotel is huge. We were upgraded to a larger room. Unfortunately it was opposite a bar with extremely loud music all afternoon until midnight. Oh well. Be careful when booking. If it says your room includes breakfast, take a screenshot. Impossible to fix when you are there. Overall a great stay aside from the above mentioned.

Very nice hotel right across the street from the cruise ship docks. Walkable to the main bus/train station. Nice hotel. Good location with plenty to do around the hotel. Staff was nice.

Gorgeous Hotel

We traveled for six weeks, and this was one of our favorite hotels. Because of my rati g with hotels.com we got an incredible upgrade to a suite. We had a balcony overlooking the sea. It was in the perfect location. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to travelers going to Trieste.

Splurged on this hotel for a junior suite with balcony at $500 for one night. Wanted to love it but was disappointed. The shower barely drained there were stains on the carpet in the room and the balcony was not set up with cushions. In addition we were asked to tip the staff while checking out. We always tip appropriately waiters, bellhop etc. and did this trip as well. Not sure who the extra money is going to but perhaps they should pay them appropriately so that guests are not put on the spot at the end of their stay.

We had a lovely room, very comfortable bed. The bar in the hotel was a great relaxing spot. Concierge was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could want. Location was central and easy walking distance to main sites.

When I googled Hotel close to the Cruise port I never thought we would wake up to our Norwegian cruise ship directly in front of our terrace! Great hotel and great location if you are cruising from Trieste port
