The house has a really beautiful sea view and a great location. The approach is a bit complicated, but it doesn't matter. I think the accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, the house is not that big. There were only two of us. Everything worked in the house and we were satisfied. The only thing I missed is the kettle in the kitchen, we had that in all the other properties where we lived. Pool clean, maybe deep enough for children. For me, but overall a great rating. Don't forget that strong winds often blow on the west coast, so you can't sit on a terrace overlooking the sea.

Most beautiful place

We had the best family holiday here as a family of 4 with young kids. The villa position and view is breathtakingly beautiful, we felt very lucky to wake up to it everyday and enjoy fantastic sunsets each evening. It’s a really quiet location but a 10 min drive to a lovely restaurant and lovely rock swimming pools. 20 mins away are great beaches. Highly recommend this villa.

Great escape

My wife and I spent 2 1/2 weeks at this property atop the wind-swept granite hillside overlooking Costa Paradiso and we couldn't have picked a better place to escape this year of the pandemic. The sunsets from the panoramic veranda were ideal, the pool was clean and well-maintained, and the accommodations were perfect for the quiet getaway we planned. Booking and check-in were a breeze, and the owners are a lovely couple who helped get us settled in. The only downside was having to pack up and head back to the real world. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit unglaublich tollem Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und sauber. Draußen hat das Haus zwei gemütliche Terrassen und viel Platz um den Pool herum. Vom Pool aus selber hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Wirklich traumhaft schön. Ansonsten ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man benötigt und der Check-in hat einwandfrei geklappt. WLAN hat auch perfekt funktioniert.

Grandioses Ferienhaus in das wir gerne zurückkehren

Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, aber in denen hält man sich auch nur zum schlafen aus. Der Pool, die Aussicht, die Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten wie in der Sonne sind fantastisch. Die Klimaanlage, einmal richtig eingestellt, ist Gold wert. Als ein paar Kleinigkeiten kaputt gingen geschah recht wenig, aber das schmälerte den guten Eindruck nicht. Und der Kontakt war nett. Nur eben nicht sehr zielführend. Auch unsere Ankunftszeit war nicht weitergegeben worden und so standen wir zwei Stunden in der Hitze und warteten. Gibt schlimmeres. Sicher ist das Haus ganz schön teuer, aber das ist Sardinien generell.

Wunderschöne Location

Maison agréable avec très belle vue

Nous étions une famille de 5 (4 adultes, une ado) et avons passé 10 jours dans cette maison. Elle est très bien située avec une vue magnifique. Très propre. La piscine est parfaite. Par contre, l'équipement n'est pas complet (pas de micro-ondes) et la cuisine est vraiment très petite pour cuisiner. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont laissé la maison jusqu'à 18h le dernier jour (au lieu de 10h30 initialement prévu). La gérance ne sert pas à grand-chose (nombreuses erreurs). Dans les soucis rencontrés, les maisons sont très proches les unes des autres (ce qui ne se voit pas sur les photos) et lorsque vous avez des voisins bruyants (comme c'était notre cas), c'est pénible. Ensuite, il y a régulièrement des coupures d'eau. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau du tout la dernière journée ! En résumé, maison agréable, bien que petite pour 5, et rapport qualité/prix pas excellent.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in questa casa che si trova in un punto strategico a Costa Paradiso, dotata di una vista spettacolare. L'unico consiglio che posso dare è quello di cambiare i materassi e la loro struttura un po' datata.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property on the Costa Paradiso. The house is well equipped and has an outstanding outdoor area with a terrace and pool overlooking the town, hills and sea beyond. The beautiful sunsets over the sea will remain an enduring memory.

Stupendo pace relax

Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura nella settimana di ferragosto, siamo rimasti affascinati dalla splendida vista che si può godere dalla piscina solo per noi,dal portico ...ovunque...anche dalla cucina si può godere della vista di stupendi tramonti,la casa è fornita di tutto ,pulita anzi pulitissima ,,ci sono le piante di rosmarino,basilico ecc ,i proprietari sono semplicemente fantastici,cordiali,disponibili,, consiglio sicuramente un soggiorno a casa della signora Anna che saluto con affetto

Traumhafter Ausblick und Urlaub an der Costa Paradiso

Wir waren zum erstem Mal auf Sardinien und sind bei unserer Recherche auf dieses Haus aufmerksam geworden. Die Abwicklung über Mercedes Lopez verlief problemlos und professionell. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und die Einweisung durch die Eigentümerin Maria am Anreisetag um 21.00 Uhr abends war herzlich und sehr nett. Alles im und am Haus war exakt so wie in der Anzeige und auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Pool (zur ausschließlichen Eigennutzung durch uns), ist wie schon von den vorherigen Gästen beschrieben einfach nur als traumhaft zu bezeichnen. Wir haben diese Aussicht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Da es sich bei der Costa Paradiso im Prinzip um ein Feriendorf (ala „gated community“) handelt, ist auch die benötigte Infrastruktur (2x Supermärkte, diverse Restaurants, einige Touri-Shops für Luftmatratze etc.) vorhanden. Insbesondere das Restaurant Maya (ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt) können wir sehr empfehlen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen, kleineren Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und atemberaubenden Blick. Als einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag für Maria und Mercedes würden wir eine kleine Spülmaschine für das Geschirr vorschlagen ;-) VG Patrick & Familie

Fantastic views, nice owners, well equipped property.

A very good villa for 4 to 6 persons (if sleeping on a retractable couch in the kitchen is OK for 2 persons). Fantastic views with a lovely outside pool (again, with a great view). Couple of neutral-to-negative points are: 1. Advertised WiFi wasn't working initially, but the next day the owners brought us a 4G router so the issue was resolved. 2. A dishwasher in the kitchen would be of a very great help_ as every manual cleaning of a dishes for 4 persons was taking a lot of time. Overall a very good experience for a family with 2 kids. Recommended!

Incredible Family Stay in Stunning Home

We had the best stay in this stunning location. Excellent communication, very clean and and well equipped house, overall extremely positive experience. The view is stunning!!!!! I would recommend this stay to anyone, two or maybe three small families could stay here easily. Nicely located too - really close to everything and we used it as a base to see a very large part of Sardinia. We also went to the restaurants suggested and were grateful for the list of recommendations.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday

Our family had a wonderful and thoroughly relaxing 7 days of holiday at a just perfect accommodation in a very convenient location with a verandah which has one of the best views I have ever experienced. Our hosts were very helpful with their directions and recommendations and everything was spot on. All was just as described and in fact we felt exhilarated upon our arrival in such an exceptional place. We went on to have a most enjoyable holiday exploring by car, experiencing various beaches or simply relaxing on the verandah. Matters were made easy as daily needs could be found within walking distance. Summing it all up, it was simply the perfect location for a relaxing holiday! Next time we will come back during the summer. We wish Maria all the very best and many more visitors to enjoy their retreat by the mediterranean.
